About Us

Our weekday kids ministry offers care for kindergartners through 5th graders. Our center offers developmentally appropriate activities to promote each child's spiritual, social, and emotional development through play, art, and hearing God's Word.

Hours & Fees

Weekday Kids Hours:  after school - 6:00pm (school days)
7:00am - 6:00pm (holidays & summer)
Registration Fee: $75 per year
Weekday Kids school year tuition: $97 per week
Weekday Kids Holiday & Summer Tuition : $135 per week

Director

Hillery Johnson serves as our Weekday Ministry Director and Tabitha Alexander serves as our Weekday Kids Assistant Director.

Staff

Our staff members are trained individuals who are required by law to obtain 15 hours of in-service training each year. They must pass FBI fingerprint, sex offenders registry, and child abuse registry background checks.

Philosophy

Ridgecrest Weekday Kids Ministry has been established to provide a spiritual atmosphere and a positive choice of quality care for children. Ridgecrest Baptist Church considers it a vital part of its ministry to this community.  The center is focused on helping children develop cognitively and emotionally, with special attention to a healthy self-image, self-identity and good socialization skills.  It is vital for a child to learn and explore within loving limitations.  We are your extension of home.
