It is our desire to see members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church to serve others by impacting their family, church, and community. We want to provide several opportunities for individuals to get involved and make an impact.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

We encourage you to serve and use the gifts that God has given you in a variety of ways at Ridgecrest. A great place to start is to complete the ministry interest survey below. If you are unsure of your spiritual gifts, there is also a survey below that helps identify how God has gifted you. Please contact any ministerial staff member for additional information on how to serve Ridgecrest.


How do I volunteer with kids?

There are several opportunities to serve our children and preschoolers on Sundays, Wednesdays, and other times througohut the week. Training will be provided, therefore prior experience is not necessary. However, to qualify for training and to serve in our preschool and/or children's minsitry, all volunteers are required to go through a screening process including a criminal background check. How do I volunteer with music?

There are opportunities to serve in our Worship ministry through music and A/V. Our Celebration Choir has weekly rehearsals Wednesdays at 7:00 and lead worship Sundays at 10:30am. Our Student Choir has weekly rehearsals on Sundays at 5:00pm and lead worship Sunday mornings once a month. Every week we have needs for camera operators, video switcher operators, lighting operator, computer operators and sound board operators. Please contact our Worship Pastor to serve through music and our Media Coordinator to serve through A/V.
