Ridgecrest Wednesday night caregivers have the opportunity to build relationships and pour into children and families within our church community each week. Caregivers help to give our church families a safe place to send their children while parents attend weekly life groups, choir practices, and other church activities.

Responsibilities
- Live an exemplary life modeling the character of Jesus Christ.
- Mature and growing follower of Christ.
- Servant leader with other caregivers and staff.
- Remain teachable, flexible, and humble.
- Treat all children with patience and kindness while keeping them safe.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Possess High School Diploma or GED.
- Willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.
- Up to 3 hours each Wednesday evening and other special events.
- Care for groups of up to 20 children, preschool or elementary, alongside another caregiver.
- Understand and meet children’s needs.
- Lead children in activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Ensure children are having fun and feel cared for at all times.
- Maintain proper safety standards with children at all times.
- Communicate with parents in a friendly and respectful manner.
