Ridgecrest Leadership Project is designed to develop the next generation of leaders to impact the local church who Know God, Serve Others, and Reach Our World. Summer Volunteer Internship is a 9-15 week Internship Track offered in a Summer Term. Summer Volunteer Interns will have the opportunity to serve in a specific Ministry Area alongside Ministry Leaders and Pastors. They will be challenged in their faith, and assist Ministry Leaders and Pastors in executing weekly Summer activities.

Live an exemplary life modeling the character of Jesus Christ

Completed junio year of High School or Above
10-15 hours/week

Serve alongside Specific Ministry Area leadership.
Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Leadership Program as well as any Ministry Area specific meetings.
**Specific Ministry Area responsibilities will be assigned.
